​Notable Notary, LLC was founded by Roger Cornelius, a Louisiana Notary Public commissioned in and for St. Tammany Parish with statewide jurisdiction.  Roger is a graduate of Tulane University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Economics and a Master of Business Administration degree.  He has worked in public accounting, finance and investment management.  Roger is a member of the National Notary Association and is a certified and background-screened Notary Signing Agent.
